Sandy’s Creations is an established Garden Centre and Landscaping business, with a Conference Centre, Restaurant and Bar and Lodge Accommodation. We’re a one-stop resort with services from landscaping to hospitality. Our lodge has 31 executive rooms and 5 self-catering family units, a fine dining restaurant and bar and a large family pool. The conference centre has 3 main venues. A modern venue, ethnic thatched venue and 2 garden venues. A 10 minute walk will get you from the lodge to the more casual Mint Cafe, as well as Skin Spa and Sandy’s Garden Centre. With newly developed office spaces and executive apartments, Sandy’s Creations Resort really is a one-stop destination.

Sandy’s Creations Garden Centre and Landscaping Limited, is a Zambian owned, private limited company incorporated in Zambia on 18th April 2005 with a ZMW 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Million Kwacha) nominal share capital fully issued and paid up.

Mr. Chris Findlay
A Zambian national and qualified Motor Engineer with over 20 years of executive managerial experience. He is also the Executive Director of Auto world company Ltd and other family companies. He is the Chairman of the company and holds 50% shares.
Mrs. Sandra Findlay
Zambian born, is a British national resident in Zambia. She is qualified with over 10 years of professional experience in plants, nursery management and landscaping. She holds 50% shares in the company and she is the Executive Director.
Mr. Alan Clayton
Zambian born, is a British national resident in Zambia. He is a Chartered Information Technology Professional, graduate with Honours and has over 18 years of experience in management, business analysis, finance, project management and information systems.
Legal Structure
The company is a private legal entity according to the Articles of Association with a minimum authorised capital of K 500,000. The Board of Directors are responsible for the formulation of the company policy and shall ensure that operating licenses from Zambia Tourist Board, Environmental Council of Zambia, Trading and Manufacturing licenses from Lusaka Urban City Council and above all, company Tax registration in compliance with legal and industry standards.
